“I’ve been buying skin Shop products for years now practically from the start. Every time I deviate from the skin shop to others I suffer from flare ups. From 14 years old to 67 today these are the ONLY products that have consistently worked for me.”

“Silver serum is excellent for rosaceae, I have also used it on minor burns too. I use the Skin Shop's subscription service as it reduces the price and I don't need to remember to reorder. I can't see a time when I won't be using silver serum from the Skin Shop ⭐”

“I didn't have a good shopping experience. I received an email a day or so after ordering saying my order/subscription had been cancelled. I couldn't find my order/subscription online so I emailed to query it. I was told the cancellation email was a mistake & to send details of my order/subscription & they would check on it. I was then told that I didn't have an order/subscription on file. Emails were sent backwards & forwards until over a week later when the money showed as pending in my account & I was told that I had picked a "delayed " payment method? I don't recall this when paying & have never come across this before so I cancelled my subscription, my order had now been sent. I was very disappointed with the whole experience especially as I had carefully chosen this company based on its reputation & reviews, maybe I was just unlucky or maybe this "delayed" payment method needs to be highlighted or scrapped completely.”

“Very disappointed, ordering process advised order failed twice, then discovered money had been taken out of my account for two orders. Phoned to discuss and was told they couldn’t help and I would have to raise a ticket. Raised a tickets and received an email back to say they had cancelled one of the orders. Other order never arrived and I emailed again to be told both orders had been cancelled and that I would have to order again. I have used the skin shop products for a couple of years now as it is the only thing that helps my skin. I can’t afford to buy it every month or 3 months so have to pay the higher price (so I use it sparingly) which again I feel is not very fair, so to be mucked around when ordering as well really does put me off from ordering from this company again but as this is the only thing that seems to help my skin I have no option. Maybe they need to be a little more helpful to loyal customers.”

“Such wonderful products - I've used all the Kalme range for over 10 years now and can't live without them. Facing my 70th birthday soon but you'd never know! The Serum is magical. And the Oregon hair care sorted my irritated scalp when no other products would. I now live in NZ and appreciate that Skin Shop ship to me so quickly and at such a reasonable cost. Very few UK companies do.”
