“My orders generally arrive in a decent time for an international order. And I really enjoy their items. But I don't like how often they clear your reward points. Due to exchange rates and shipping costs I usually do a big order roughly every year or so depending on how quickly I'm going through them. But there's been a few times now that my reward points have been removed/cleared because I didn't claim them quick enough. It'd be a lot better and much more helpful to customers who don't or can't order very regularly to just keep the points on their accounts until they use them. Also the fact that they've changed the way you can order to get discounted costs per item. I used to be able to do a large order and get each tube for a lower price. But they've changed it to a subscription based ordering process to be able to get the cheaper prices for items. So now if I want the cheaper price per item I have to commit to a monthly or quarterly reoccurring order.. Which, with the constantly changing exchange rate and the international shipping costs makes that option almost unusable.”
