“Easy to book the event. Would like to print off the tickets when booked the event. As you would forget to print the tickets when available in four months time.”

“I love all the events that are happening through the year & the ticket options but I could not see any details how to book a Carer’s Ticket to accompany me to the gig on my Mobility Scooter. I always have to send a separate email to request so this needed to be easier.”

“Easy enough to purchase tickets, the only downside is that you don't have much time to make your decision as the clock is running down and at the same time trying to communicate with a friend about the options can be a little awkward.”

“Very easy to get your tickets. Would be better if you could actually buy the tickets from the site rather then having to go to the main website of whatever venue you want and having to buy them from there and then access the tickets through another website. Would be easier to just get them from one place rather then multiple. Other than that, the website does what it says it does.”
