During my buying moment of OGAE Euroclub 2023 tickets I appreciated a relative faster system although at the beggining I had some problems to sign it. Anyway You have gotten 8/10 points.

Booking was quite straightforward but there should not be a charge for Rapidscan tickets, this should be removed

Hi, Thankyou for leaving a review. The delivery/processing fee applied by Skiddle and covers the delivery of your order, either using the Royal Mail network or via our alternative options such as eTickets or RapidScan tickets. There is only ever one delivery charge applied per order and doesn't increase regardless of the number of tickets that you purchase. It is displayed and added at the final checkout page once you have selected all the tickets you require. It covers the overheads incurred by dispatching the order or providing the scanning technology used to produce and validate your ticket quickly and efficiently at the event. As you can appreciate without charging a fee we, unfortunately, wouldn't be able to operate. However, we can understand that you'd like to pay as little as you can for your event tickets so we always aim to keep our fees to a minimum. Hope this helps to clarify. Hi Tina, Thank you for your feedback. There are many different ways in which you are able to access your tickets. You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. Downloading your tickets: https://bit.ly/3WKrGJY You are also able to log into the app to access your tickets in your order history, or via skiddle.com/orders. EM Skiddle Customer Support Team

Booking was easy enough took a couple of tries to figure what was happening. But that was users error. After I figured it out it was simple.

No problem with getting a ticket originally for early Friday afternoon,but then I received an email saying that the venue exhibition would not now be open until 4pm so I had to book a slot for that time. Today I have received an email saying slots on Friday are available from 12 noon! This has all been very confusing - I have just rebooked again for a 2pm slot which is much better for me so perhaps you can cancel the 4pm slot on Friday in case someone else would like it. I'm not writing this as a review or a complaint so no need to publish it anywhere, it's just for your info. Thanks, Anne
