“Easy to use website but was there a need to sell tickets in 3 batches each batch becomes more expensive once the other sells out. Not really fair in current times”

“Queuing system worked well. I was on the page 6 minutes before sale began and had my tickets within a couple of minutes after sale began. Only thing I would say is that I ended up with the most expensive 3rd release tickets although I was around 600th in the queue. Not sure if that’s the norm. Overall very quick and easy to get tickets.”

“Skiddle have been brilliant with supplying tickets for gigs. The only thing I have a problem with is I prefer to pay with Paypal when buying anything on the internet . Apart from that great service.”

“The waiting list idea worked for me. Only thing is I could only reserve 1 ticket at a time which meant having to wait on an email every morning. But all in all very good.”

“The whole experience was reasonably simple for someone who is not good with technology. I will upgrade to 5star once I'm inside the venue 😁. I will certainly use Skiddle again as I detest the mercenary charges at Ticketmaster etc.”

“Good site, didn't know it was as small scale as it seems to think, appears quite professional. Might've wanted to be able to use alternative methods of payment (e.g. PayPal) because a lot of people, myself included, are nervous using a site for the first time so like to stick to what they typically use”
