“Terrible service, all they want you to do is download their app, if you don't, you have to wait until the day before the concert to print off your ticket, when guess what? Yes, I'll be nowhere near a computer. This is all about making it hard for the customer to access their ticket. Awful service!”

“Great except for the time restriction of inputting information, extend it by a couple of minutes and it will be fine. Perhaps pre-emt it with a get your information ready etc, this is what you will need. Better still would be to have a postcode finder to populate the address (UK only obviously) Then you would be really taking the user experience to the next level. I did it on desktop. If I was arty-fartying about on a mobile and it timed out, I would probably have junked it.”

Hi There, Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. Booking fees are non-refundable - this is across the board with all booking platforms. However, Skiddle are one of the only platforms offering booking fee credit on a future purchase and further information about this can be found within your automated refund email.
