“Ordered 3 tickets for an event the day before the event was due to take place, The event was cancelled on the day it was due to happen due to low ticket sales which I understand. Was told I would receive a refund, I expected a full refund the tickets and booking fee cost me £34.50, only had £30 refunded to my account! The cancellation of the event was not my fault. Very disappointed that I did not receive the full refund. I am now out of pocket by £4.50 wihy?”

Hi Jayne, Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. Booking fees are non-refundable - this is across the board with all booking platforms. However, Skiddle are one of the only platforms offering booking fee credit on a future purchase and further information about this can be found within your automated refund email. “I paid £12 for a ticket. The gig got rescheduled, I was refunded £10. I bought a ticket for the rescheduled show , it cost me £12. I am aggrieved and out of pocket, I have been stiffed. Other companies would have avoided the refund and re-purchase scenario. I will think twice about buying from Skiddle again”

“Very entertaining host, Great song choices,very nostalgic, not overly crowded like sardines, just a fun night all round! Would defo go again :-) Just more loo roll for the ladies toilets, lol (more of a venue issue than the Promoters/the Night it's self).”
