“Pretty terrible. Was placed "4th in a queue" then when I got entry it was already second release tickets. Attempted to buy them, it didn't work then I was forced to buy third release tickets at an even higher price. This tiered pricing system is a joke and should be illegal.”

“Easy to use website. Only issue was that I'd signed up to be notified for early bird tickets and got no notification, meaning by the time I bought tickets the early bird ones were gone - very disappointing!”
