“Everytime i tried to verify my card the oage would reload i eneded up missing out on tickets becuase of this issue and paid nearlu £100 more as a result”

Hi Mollie, Thank you for your feedback. If you see a spinning white box and no progress, it typically means the connection to your bank has timed out or the network connection is poor. Something you can do to prevent this is by checking your interenet connection, or trying to purchase tickets at another time. Another reason for this issue could be that the bank provider is experiencing problems with their systems. In this case, we recommend using a payment card from a different bank. I hope this helps. “They take 15% of the ticket cost as a "non refundable booking fee" - even if the booking is cancelled by the event organiser. It is hidden in their terms and conditions but not clear when purchasing that if an event is cancelled customers will be out of pocket. Just been stung by this. Customer service team not remotely interested.”

Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. Booking fees are applied to cover the costs of providing a secure ticketing service. We pay the full face value of your ticket to the event organiser, and the booking fee helps us cover the overheads involved in processing your order. The booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the ticket’s face value. It is always displayed clearly before you add any tickets to your basket. “Staff are happy to help when you have a problem or query. I have found them to be patient and polite always. I wish other ticket venders were as good. Buying tickets with accessibility ticket from other providers has proven difficult and frustrating. I wish I could buy all my tickets through Skiddle ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

Hi Roy, Thank you for your feedback. Please be aware that Skiddle is the ticket outlet and takes no part in the organisation or staffing of the event. Event organisers use Skiddle to promote their event, and therefore control when the tickets will be released to their attendees. Some event organisers choose to release their tickets months in advance and some just days in advance of the event. This can vary between promoters and events. I hope this helps!
