Not a bad site for tickets,but customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I wanted to discuss my ticket sale after being given the impression that I had to have a smart phone to download an app to be able to show on entry to my gig that I had paid for tickets. This was a total waste of my time as I discovered later when scrolling down my confirmation email again,that in VERY SMALL PRINT near the bottom it gave me the option to download my tickets. If this had been made quite clear before purchase and after purchase,at the TOP OF THE PAGE,then I needn't have wasted my time trying to guess where this information was at,and wouldn't have made my complaint in the first place. We ALL have lives to live and things to get on with without having to take a magnifying glass to instructions to ticket purchases.this seriously needs addressed so that it is CLEAR what options are available,which includes options for people without smart phones who just want to download their tickets and take them along to the gig to gain entry. Modern technology like this CAN AND DOES FAIL !,there are signal losses and power losses which can happen,and then how do you gain entry if your phone goes down???
