“The booking itself was fine but I couldn't download tickets to my Google Wallet (Android phone). This is short-sighted. Not everyone has Apple. The WHOLE experience needs to be seamless, not just the booking.”

Hi Cleo, Thank you for your feedback. There are many different ways in which you are able to access your tickets. You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. Downloading your tickets: https://bit.ly/3WKrGJY You are also able to log into the app to access your tickets in your order history, or via skiddle.com/orders. HW Skiddle Customer Support Team

“Rip off food prices and limited choice. £9 for a sausage and £4 for a hot chocolate.Light show not as good as last year. Won't be wasting £80 be next year. Very disappointing for myself and my family”

“I like that I'm insured for any eventuality, does this include if your bouncers are c@nts and refuse entry as they might be on a power trip like the fake bouncers over at Rusties down the road in the life centre who blantantly have no training or understanding of defusion of sittuation and preventing violence because after talking to others they have been pulling this type of violence on everyone proving they got their Door Licencing through Blatant Corruption, apart from that I found the entire experiance pleasing, you'll hear me coming!!!”
