“I bought tickets using Skiddle, but I cannot down load them, as I have an Android phone. Is there any way of doing this?”

Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. There are many different ways in which you are able to access your tickets. You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. Downloading your tickets: https://bit.ly/3WKrGJY You are also able to log into the app to access your tickets in your order history, or via skiddle.com/orders. In order to assist you with a specific query, please contact customer support directly with your order details. We are available via phone, email and chat bot (help.skiddle.com). If you need our assistance during the weekend when our offices are closed, our most common queries can be found via help.skiddle.com. HW Skiddle Customer Support Team

“Very straightforward site to use easy to complete form and prompt reply when completed. Only 3 star as six month till download tickets so may encounter issue as have done with other sites. Hopefully get another form after this and can give more stars.”

Hi Raymond, Thanks for leaving a review. In order to prevent ticket touting and unauthorised duplication, your Rapidscan barcodes may be temporarily suspended. This action is taken by the event organiser and not Skiddle. As a result, Skiddle cannot release your tickets any earlier than the specified date and time listed in your order.
