We believe this limit is enough time for customers to purchase and provides a fair chance for waiting customers to be able to purchase temporarily held tickets if checkout isn't complete. “This was for the FatBoy Slim tickets. The system for queueing etc was good but how the page loaded on a laptop for the different days/tickets was glitchy and I ended up selecting the wrong day! Still going but it was frustrating.”

“Impossible to contact someone to amend a booking . I wanted to buy parking to go with our tickets. It was impossible to do this or speak to someone even on chat. In the end I contacted the event organisers who were dismayed to find Skiddle couldn't help andarranged blue badge parking for us themselves !”

“VIP tickets made available after general ticket sale started so couldn’t get VIP as didn’t know they were going to be available at all. Very sad :(.”
