“Good system but the online web should bring you to the app for ticket sales, when I get a link which brings me to the website it should recognise me and open the app automatically”

“Fee after fee. Ticket fee, booking fee, rapid scan fee, even a 25p fee to be sent the ticket on WhatsApp, passwords and logins, full name and a full address, gender and date of birth, a count down whilst doing it all. The list goes on. All to purchase a ticket for a local fireworks display… ridiculous”

“Easy to use and received tickets instantly. Can only access tickets from the app however, no option to add to digital wallet. Also no option to pay with Google pay, just PayPal. In short, works OK but need bringing into this decade.”

“I have tried to book two more tickets via the app, this has been impossible to get seats which are available next to each other. I have to go back to intstagram and start from the beginning, very unnecessary and time consuming, as well as very frustrating”
