I had to make a number of attempts to buy a ticket before success the next day. The accommodation map showing nearby hotels doesn't work on my tablet and phone. The app seems slow.

Nothing much not much about the booking except should be able to use PayPal to protect ourselfs

Hi Dominique, Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. IJ Skiddle Customer Support Team

Was easy to buy tickets. But would be great to be able to print tickets before leaving the house so not having to take phone out to get ticket barcode at 2000hrs exactly when doors open and being stressed in case something goes wrong1

In order to combat ticket touting and unauthorised duplication of tickets, you may notice that your Rapidscan barcodes have been suspended. ​ This is done by the event organiser and not Skiddle. Skiddle are unable to release your tickets to you any sooner than the date and time stated under your order. Apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused. What a faff. Have to download Skiddle app which isn’t straightforward. Let’s hope the tickets can be downloaded ok. Not sure about skiddle in what’s app either

There are many different ways in which you are able to access your tickets, not just via the app. You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. It was easy enough to book the tickets via Skiddle but having to download a separate app is a bit of a nuisance, would be better if they could be saved directly in the Apple Wallet or Google equivalent. I have my tickets, I just need to remember where they are!

The process was simple, however it showed that payment could be made by card, PayPal and Apple Pay, but when I tried to complete transaction I could only pay by card. Also I was forced into paying by instalments and would rather have paid for everything in one go - again no option or choice

This is not a criticism of Skiddle per se, it is the whole industry. There is yet another assumption that I want another app on my phone in order to get something (ie tickets).

It was easy enough to book but when I came to get my tickets it said they would be ready 19th April. My memory isn't very good and unless I have tickets to constantly remind me. Once the tickets have been paid they should be available straight away.
