“Managed to order my tickets easily and quickly, only downside was i tried to continue via facebook but it wouldn't work so had to continue as a guest but it was straight forward and i received my tickets via the app straight away.”

“Very straightforward booking process. Great to have group/ family option but sadly no option to book single child ticket so had to book adult ticket. Otherwise all good”

“Very easy to buy tickets for festival and parking only downside is the actual line up of acts is a bit unclear”

“Easy to use. My only feedback would be that it is annoying that you have to download the app to get the tickets. It would be much better if they could jsut be emailed.”

“The only issue I have is that I wish I could be charged for my purchase in other denominations besides Euros. The conversion rate Euros to USD is extremely high.”
