Hi David, Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. Booking fees are non-refundable - this is across the board with all booking platforms. However, Skiddle are one of the only platforms offering booking fee credit on a future purchase and further information about this can be found within your automated refund email. “Quick and easy to do. Can set alerts to your tastes for new concerts, festivals happening. Slight shame you have to pay a fee everytime you book something (even if you've done it all yourself online?!)”

A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. This includes overheads such as debit/credit card processing fees, VAT, customer services, call handling, account management, administration, website development, secure server costs, profit, and a few tea bags for staff brews! “I was happy how everything went, my only problem was the amount of time before it disconnects you, I realise this is probably my fault but if you are not use to paying things online you need more time ,it took me three attempts to finally purchase tickets , luckily I had my son close by to help.”
