“Details of the concert arrived so i booked using the on-line portal. I have used this before and it works well. On receipt of the ticket purchase I can then either run off the tickets or use the app.”

“I cannot download my tickets have followed various links and downloaded Adobe but still cannot print them off. Isn't there an easier way to print off the tickets ?”

You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. Downloading your tickets: https://bit.ly/3WKrGJY You are also able to log into the app to access your tickets in your order history, or via skiddle.com/orders. SA Skiddle Customer Support Team

“Purchasing the tickets was relatively straightforward but description on the tickets not the best and I’d probably have more success speaking with the President of USA, than trying to get a response to an issue from customer services.”
