You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. Hi, Booking fees are applied to cover the costs of providing a secure ticketing service. We pay the full face value of your ticket to the event organiser, and the booking fee helps us cover the overheads involved in processing your order. This includes credit/debit card processing fees, VAT, customer service, call handling, account management, website development, server maintenance, and other operational costs. The booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the ticket’s face value. It is always displayed clearly before you add any tickets to your basket. In short, the booking fee supports the infrastructure and services that make ticket purchases safe, efficient, and convenient. Thanks, LEB
