“Not so much a review . But just an observation. I have low vision and cannot book online – a phone number to ring to book tickets would be extremely useful Thank you.”

“Kept taking my ticket away from me even though I had put it in my cart and was ready to pay, which left me confused and paid almost £30 for transport which I don’t need because I didn’t get a ticket and will be difficult to sell.”
