“Very good but I ordered tickets in two lots , first order was 4 for the price of 3 but I can’t find the 4th ticket in my order , so am worried about entry tomorrow evening at the camp & Furness , that we’ll be one short🤯”

“Umm well, generally I was happy with the ticket-ordering process at Skiddle. The reason you did not get a 5th star is that there was just not enough time for me to order without help. 8 minutes, I'm afraid was just not long enough for me to complete the form. This panicked me and I found the whole process super stressful, sorry! I later had help from a friend and we were able to complete the process quite easily in the time. So delay probably due to user error but maybe ten minutes would be a little easier for technophobes?”

“I go to the Thai festival every year great atmosphere well organised but although entry is only £5 the prices of drink and food is expensive £8 for a small papaya salad and £4 for a small can of beer! Shame as wanted to try more Thai food and possibly buy a takeaway for family at home that couldn't come but just way too expensive But enjoyed it all the same”

“Said it was a free event , but made us que for nearly 2 hours , then said was ten pounds to get in ! Was a good rave but they should just be honest !!”

You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. “Loved the day and all the acts were superb. But thought that the people who had bought family tickets especially with young children were treated unfairly. Obviously was an expensive day for them but for the security to take away young children's snacks and sweeties was too much. Totally uncalled for. We all know that drinks and food especially the prosecco was massively overpriced for wat you got. But surely some concession could have been arranged for this.”
