Very simple to use. I bought my ticket via the website then downloaded the app and it linked straight away. I always object to booking fees as I believe this should be part of the ticket price just like everywhere else but in this case at least it was only 50p.

Hi Matthew, Thank you for your feedback and I'm glad you found our site easy to use! A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. Simple and very easy to get your ticket! Unfortunately no further line up from the beginning of the event as I assume there will be other artists ahead of the main performance and ticket barcode only available from 1st of July

Hi Raymond, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. In order to combat ticket touting and unauthorised duplication of tickets, you may notice that your Rapidscan barcodes have been suspended. You will be able to download them from the 1st of July but if you have any problems please get in touch. The purchase was easy and hassle free although I found the booking fees very steep and if my daughter wasn't so excited to attend, I would not have paid the prices to be honest

Here at Skiddle, we have to request stock to be printed from other companies/ venues, so we don’t actually receive your printed tickets until closer to the event. City Splash was okay but I am not sure why people were not allowed to bring their canvas chairs into the event. Also the alcoholic drinks appeared watered-down which was disappointing. There should have been more Caribbean restaurants and drinks and stewards to help if you could not access the live acts bit. Chronnix was amazing but why wasn't there any explanation as to why Koffee was experiencing technical issues.

A great event that was, for the most part, well organised. Thoroughly enjoyed by the entire family and have already booked for next year. However, the Accessibility Toilets were not managed at all and therefore it was an issue for my son who has had a leg injury and needed toilets near the main stage. Also, there was nowhere to recharge batteries for his mobility scooter, resulting in us having to leave on Saturday to recharge them! Toilets in general were poor - lack of and long queues. My recommendation would be to address the above and its 'happy days'. Maybe have more 'urinal' only toilets to avoid everyone being forced into the main toilets - this would speed up the process. Also, some privacy screens near the urinals would have been a good idea, as in the Main Park they were next to the kids play area!

My Recent first festival experience. I watched Saturday's 90's Festival worth every penny. I hope this will be on next year, I hope to book more tickets.... Good location, spacious in Brighton Sussex. I think there should be dancers on stage every so often interim times before famous singers come on. (Dancers could come from local dance schools.) Make this more lively encourage more people to dance. Some stalls are pricey on food. Light strobes were hard to get due to people hogging two-three in their arms unfair on others who didn't have one. Maybe get staff to offer them out. Should be enough to go around.

Still awaiting another career pass from organisation confirmed be sent wenesday within 30 mims. Of speaking to them still havent received it it and no answer i have two children with additional needs only one career pass 😩

Please may you send an email over to custcare@skiddle.com To be automatically eligible for a Personal Assistant/Carers ticket, I'd ask you to supply one of the following documents, please ensure the documentation is valid and within date. -The front page of DLA letter with PIP letter -The front page of Attendance Allowance letter -Evidence of being registered as severely sight impaired (blind) -Recognised Assistance Dog ID card -Valid Access Card showing you require a +1 to accompany you Once we have received this, I can add a carers ticket to your order.
