“The interface is quite behind in terms of the way it looks and also just making things logical for your user. I would only suggest you guys take time to make a new GUI for your users. Otherwise its quite good”

“Found it quite difficult as not used to paying on line & then having to create an account. Would have liked to have paid for tickets & been sent them simply to email”

You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF.
