“Really disappointed, tried to book 4 tickets this morning to visit in Coventry for November, unfortunately was only able to select one ticket at 10 am for the first release when the tickets became available. The system only allows you to select one.. just one. After a few moments, the second/ third and fourth/fifth ticket releases were available and at this point you can order multiple tickets? I’m very disappointed.. you can only select 1 ticket on the first release tickets, and then they charge you more for the 2nd, 3rd, 4th snd 5th releases. Not good at all. Absolutely disgusted by this.”

Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. Skiddle is a self-service platform and the event organisers determine the ticket pricing structure and the allocation for each tier themselves. During busy onsales, the cheaper tickets will sell out faster. AC Skiddle Customer Support Team

“Tok me several goes to book. I had to give up on my phone. You ask for address info, for example, in an unusual multiline format that didn't work with my autofill. And the error messages were not visble so didn;t know what was wrong.”
