Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. There are many different ways in which you are able to access your tickets. You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. Downloading your tickets: https://bit.ly/3WKrGJY You are also able to log into the app to access your tickets in your order history, or via skiddle.com/orders. “It wasnt really clear the times of the event when booking which consequently led to a mistake when booking. The poor wait times on customer service for help and support. No resolution for me.”

Hi Karen, Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. Booking fees are non-refundable - this is across the board with all booking platforms. However, Skiddle are one of the only platforms offering booking fee credit on a future purchase and further information about this can be found within your automated refund email. “Took ages to do what should be a simple job of booking tickets. Completed multiple are you a human checks. Multiple are you sure you don’t want to donate to charity. Receive offers by post? Emailed? Pidgeon. All very annoying”

“I clicked to book Saturday tickets for Pavillion Festival. When I clicked it and paid I realised it was 2 Sunday ones instead. I instantly contacted Skiddle to ask if these could be changed to the Saturday but they have not been helpful at all! I am a loyal customer and can't believe how I have been treated! The poster was not clear at all, and when you look at my tickets it looks like it is Saturday tickets until you actually click it. This has put me off now and I will be returning back to Ticketmaster from now on!”
