Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. There are many different ways in which you are able to access your tickets. You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. Downloading your tickets: https://bit.ly/3WKrGJY You are also able to log into the app to access your tickets in your order history, or via skiddle.com/orders. HW Skiddle Customer Support Team

“I got refund protection. To then be told I can only have a refund for the most ridiculous reasons. Sayinf I need to show them a death certificate if there was a death in my family, but it had to be from a non- pre existing illness?? This should be clearly stated. I am now loosing £60 even after paying extra for refund protection. I will not be using skiddle again I also have been on hold for 45 mins to customer help.”

“100x better than other vendors (ie Tickermaster etc ) However, booking tix for caravan & including Thurs arrival wasn’t straight forward”

“Your ap was difficult to use and I struggled to locate the ticket I purchased. Making it mandatory to download tickets to your as is a complete no-no. Go back to postal tickets!!”
