“I currently have 2xHybrid Minds tickets at the O2 Academy Oxford on 25 October for resell. On my app it shows "Pending", "We're currently trying to resell your tickets at face value..." But when I look for tickets for the event it shows "There are no tickets available at the moment. We know it's frustrating, but don't worry we've got your back. Join the waiting list below and we'll reserve you tickets if they become available." So why aren't people able to see my resail tickets?”
