“Easy to use, tickets straight to app. Bought tickets through Skiddle for RnB Mania Sheffield. What an amazing night, great vibes, the weather did not stop us. MC MAKH - The Hype Man kept the crowds going, top MC. Thanks to all involved - great night. Did not disappoint!!”

“The app is easy to use, but what is an £8.50 booking fee and a £1.50 handling fee all about? It’s all digital, it’s a click of a button. I have no other way of booking these tickets but the extra charges are ridiculous.”

Hi Tracey, Thank you for your feedback. It's great to hear our app is easily accessible. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. “As tickets had sold out early for the gig, I went on the reserve list which proved to be a good move! I would recommend this to anyone. The system worked reliably and perfectly.”

“we had VIP tickets one year only to be told a day before the event that the VIP section was closed. Free CD and a drink to compensate. Not good enough. Won’t be going again after many years of enjoyment the event planners didn’t do enough to compensate for this mess.”
