Unclear when ticking for the bestie ticket part as I had one bestie and it stayed grey. Upped it to 2 then the rest of the screen opened up for me to continue. I also clicked for it not to remember card details but it kept it ticked when I was completing.

The whole process was fairly easy, but disappointed that I wasn't able to print the tickets straight away. I have to wait until the day before! I've ordered from other theatres many times before and can always print the tickets strraight away.

In order to combat ticket touting and unauthorised duplication of tickets, you may notice that your Rapidscan barcodes have been suspended. ​ This is done by the event organiser and not Skiddle. Skiddle are unable to release your tickets to you any sooner than the date and time stated under your order. Have a nice day! MK Skiddle Customer Support

Booking is relativly easy but far to rushed to fully take in the details. Details of the venue should include important details like seat obstructions/banked or level.

Hi Heather, In order to prevent ticket touting and unauthorised duplication, your Rapidscan barcodes may be temporarily suspended. This action is taken by the event organiser and not Skiddle. As a result, Skiddle cannot release your tickets any earlier than the specified date and time listed in your order. Tickets will typically be available for download up to 1 day before the event. To check the availability of your tickets, follow these steps: Skiddle App: Visit the 'Tickets' tab, then select your event. Skiddle Website: Go to your Order History page to check the status of your tickets. HW Skiddle Customer Support Team

Never used site before so not that simple but managed it in the end. Ordering was straightforward but getting the e tickets or printable ones was another matter. Can’t print until day before the concert.

There are many different ways in which you are able to access your tickets. You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. Usually I have no problem with Skiddle but the order screen froze as I was about to process the payment and in between ordering and paying for some reason, although I had ordered 5 tickets, I ended up paying for 8. The venue were great and refunded the tickets for me but lost £3 in booking fees which I didn’t need to pay for because I didn’t need the tickets.
