“there was a glitch but then i did finally recieve my tickets confirmation and am waiting to download the tickets on the 12th sept”

“Happy with my booking but your telephone staff couldn’t answer my question which was basic are the tickets sold per person or per table I had to call the venue to get an answer”

“The app is easy to use, but what is an £8.50 booking fee and a £1.50 handling fee all about? It’s all digital, it’s a click of a button. I have no other way of booking these tickets but the extra charges are ridiculous.”

It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service.
