My first and possibly last in buying tickets with Skiddle. Bought 2 tickets for an event through Skiddle and when I turned up to the event other people had tickets for the same seats I purchsed (front row too!). In trying to resolve the issue with the stewards at the event their response was 'did you buy them from skiddle?' to which my reply was yes, ...and their reply was 'its always happening'! Reclocated to another seat with a poor view. Went on their messenger facility the day after and I'm still waiting for a response after waiting (so far) 1 hour and 10 minutes!!!! Poor customer service.

If you would like to leave a review of an event you attended, you can do so on the Skiddle listing. Please just head to the event on Skiddle and leave your feedback on the ‘reviews’ tab. 1) Booking charge is excessive. 2) You attempt to force users into downloading the App by making it difficult to download a pdf of the ticket. 3) very poor user experience. One treads a fine line between offering a service and becoming intrusive. Unfortunately, Skiddle is on the wrong side of the line. If I had a choice, I would never use your service.

Hi Petr Thank you for your feedback. In order to combat ticket touting and unauthorised duplication of tickets, you may notice that your Rapidscan barcodes have been suspended. ​ This is done by the event organiser and not Skiddle. Skiddle are unable to release your tickets to you any sooner than the date and time stated under your order. Have a nice day! MK Skiddle Customer Support

Very frustrating. Had to use an email address I didn’t know I had and lots of stuff trying to get me to download other apps. Also, very ironic that you’re contacting me on what I consider to be the only email I use.

i ordered tickets on my laptop - I don't use a smart phone and unsure how to download an "app". I seems, therefore I am also unable to download tickets even though they are purchased, but have to mark my calendat for some date in the future when you will generously allow my purchased tickets to be downloaded so they can be printed. To be honest, with all this faff, I won't bother buying tickets from an event if it's through your organiisation. Previously I have emailed the tickets through to my phone where I could show them on entry.

I was in a queue waiting so was online to buy at 10am and within a matter of the first minutes the cheaper tickets had ‘sold out’ and I was removed from the queue. I had to buy 3 tickets at the 3rd on sale price which was considerably higher. Had I not already told my daughters about the event, I wouldn’t have bought them as ridiculously expensive. I think you are exploiting customers and in the current cost of living crisis, you should think about catering more fairly for customers. I imagine there are so many children across the city that could only dream of attending such an event.

Paid for an event a week before. 3 days before it has had its date moved forward by 6 months. Tickets have been transferred. Can get a refund but lose the booking fee. Usual approach of these companies wanting something for nothing. Customers lose out through no fault of their own. Just buy on the door.

Hi Robin, Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. Booking fees are non-refundable - this is across the board with all booking platforms. However, Skiddle are one of the only platforms offering booking fee credit on a future purchase and further information about this can be found within your automated refund email. I eventually gave up ordering tickets having given authorisation twice by my bank to confirm order. Your company advised me to use a different payment card. In addition why do you require information about gender & dates of birth when simply wanting to purchase tickets for an event?

Hi Ted Thank you for leaving a review. We only ask for these details if you're buying tickets. We mainly ask for your address so we can verify the card details used to place the order, dispatch physical ticket stock (for the events that do have this) and deter fraudulent orders. From time to time, we may use the address provided to recommend nearby events, regional newsletters (delivered via email) and to personalise your Skiddle content based on your location so you do not receive irrelevant content. As we mostly sell over 18s products, we do need to verify age. We do also use the info internally for demographics. As for your mobile number, we will only use this to send you SMS confirmations and get in touch with you if there are any updates to your order or event. Don’t worry though, your details are protected by our Privacy Policy so we won't sell your details to any third parties. BP Skiddle Customer Support Team

This system is a complete car crash. Forces you to download an app, you can't add tickets to the phone wallet. Would never use this again if I could avoid it. Unfortunately I can't give it fewer than one stars.
