Too many booking fee charges and having to pay for them being sent by email. I had to pay £1.25 for each ticket I bought on top of the price of each ticket. Don’t rate this company

Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. Terrible organisation. VIP tickets couldn’t even see the stage. Queued for over a hour to buy food that was overpriced and badly cooked. Normal admission tickets were let in first despite VIP stating advance admission. Toilets were vile. Would never book with Skiddle again. Did concert this month with James Dean company 100 % better organised and priced.

Selling tickets for Balloons & Tunes Monster Trucks Show - Newbury, talk about mispresentation, it was a glorified, well overpriced, aged fairground. One monster truck stationary for 99% of the time. Many other advertised events at the ‘show’ didn’t happen. It’s a prime report for Trading Standards.

Very poor will not be going back to bowthorpe farm next year toilets filthy drink’s policy changes from last year forcing people to buy overpriced drinks rather then bringing there own like last year, it’s not Glastonbury you know

If you’re not letting people bring their own drinks in you have to staff the bars appropriately. Left early, wouldn’t recommend 🤷‍♂️

Charged an extra £2 for something? Asked for more money for charity. Couldn’t buy tickets unless you downloaded their app? Can’t download tickets without another app that charges. Why.? Just sell the tickets and stop begging and complicating things.

Terribly organised event. Only 1 good stall, extremely expensive. Enormous queue for every ride. Children couldn't see how as they had no space around the small viewing area. Really wouldn't recommend. No better than your average fair that comes to town just far more expensive for tickets.

Booked wrong tickets and cancelled them to try and change or get refund to rebook but despite sending emails to skiddle and Lee butler I cant seem to get anywhere, and no response. Refund email say contact event organisers but doesn't give email to contact them but also says refund in 5 days but looking on help FAQ says 30 working days? Can't get reply to actually find out what's happening or if I can change the tickets. Not good at all. As it stands I need clarification to know what's happening as still no refund and it's been 3 weeks with no contact

All I wanted to do was book a couple of tickets to the Thai festival in Nottingham but had to register create password give personal details etc etc... far too detailed and time consuming for something that should have been very quick and easy to do. Would not use again. Also never received any acknowledgement of entry in the draw for free flight to Thailand or T's and C's and when draw would take place etc

In order to combat ticket touting and unauthorised duplication of tickets, you may notice that your Rapidscan barcodes have been suspended. ​ This is done by the event organiser and not Skiddle. Skiddle are unable to release your tickets to you any sooner than the date and time stated under your order. Have a nice day! MK Skiddle Customer Support

I find it unbelievable that once you purchase a ticket without any mention of an app you are then forced to download the app to get your tickets. After this you are then told you cannot have them until the day before. This is the worst buying experience I have ever encountered. I don't want your app. And if you can't get people to download it without blackmailing them and holding their purchased tickets to ransom, maybe you shouldn't have an app. It reaks of desperation.
