I tried to cancel the tickets and paid the extra to do so. And I couldn’t go to the event on which I lost lost money not impressed don’t understand why you would pay an extra fee to cancel when you couldn’t. Lost out on money won’t be booking with this site again.. easier way to book tickets

Hi, Refund protection is a third-party company we use called TicketPlan. Refund Protection does not cover you if you simply are unable to attend the event. It is an opt-in service and when you opt in you agree that you have read the Refund Protection terms & conditions. Within the T&C's it states what the refund protection covers you for. I ordered and paid for my Woodshop'24 Festival ticket online BUT it took several attemps/days then with help from my more savy IT daughter but she even struggles to be able to print the ticket !!!! I bought for 21st July event in Shropshire as i dont use aps. never had this problem before with any other Co hence low score for not being user friendly

Simple RIP off..they sold me a ticket for event j couldn get in ...why?no single male entry ..but ofcourse skiddle did not mentioned that.horrible experiance

I'm very very disappointed as I ordered t 2 tickets to 2 separate event's. I had the scan code which was my tickets for Tues 28th which we had to cancel. Heard nothing from then not even in spam regarding my cancellation of the Thurs tickets. Then on Thursday night when you went on skiddle there was no tickets for the event Fri. Phoned skiddle wasn't helpful at all. I phone the bank and looks like they cancelled both event tickets. When it should've been just Thurs. So had to try and get tickets for the event on good Friday which was very hard as I had loads of people looking for me.

awful experience if trying to refund, can’t even add them to the waiting list to let people actually enjoy the events i can’t make. customer service interactions have always been horrible.

Hi, Skiddle is a ticket outlet that provides a self-service platform for promoters/event organisers to list and sell tickets. Please be aware, that Skiddle's refund policy is as follows: Face-value refunds can only be offered if the event is cancelled or postponed as agreed upon purchase. We advise passing unwanted tickets on privately via friends and family. Re:Sell is an opt-in service which we provide to event promoters to use once the event has sold out and if the event organiser has opted in to use this feature. If the event organiser has not opted in you will not be able to list your tickets for Re:Sell. LEB Skiddle Customer Support

Horrific service. Can't get into my account on app or web. They're no help whatsoever. I've tried using the awful chat facility and they don't have a clue. Tried submitting a formal complaint and that got closed down with no resolution. I'm not the only one having these problems but they don't seem to want to fix it. Steer clear is my advice.

Beware of buying tickets for Screams court Hartlepool they are advertising they are a nightclub and open till 4am and only have a licence till 11pm

Clicked on the link for my ticket in Cornwall & received Newark over 300 miles away? Contact was a nightmare with SKIDDLE not accepting responsibility & had to pay out for a Cornwall ticket so to get the refund for Newark?! Cost me over £70 for my ticket when it was £52 as only part refunded !! Awful customer service & ripped off

If I could give no stars then I definitely would. To say that I am annoyed is an understatement. Ndubz cancelled their concert that was arranged for June 2023 and my daughter is still waiting for her refund. Contacted Skiddle more than we should to question when her money will come back to her and they keep palming her off with some excuse. As we don’t seem to be getting anywhere unfortunately, I feel I have no other option but to warn people to be careful who you purchase your tickets through. 9 months down the line and still no refund.

If you can contact us directly I can provide more information on where Skiddle stands in this, but ultimately 'In the case where a refund is due and Skiddle do not hold the ticket funds, the responsibility and liability for issuing refunds lies with the event promoter.' I dont understand why you get charged a booking fee ,but have to download ,or print the tickets yourself . According to your website you were even going to charge me for this ,but you had kindly allowed that for free .

Hi Keith, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. This includes overheads such as debit/credit card processing fees, VAT, customer services, call handling, account management, administration, website development, secure server costs and profit. The event organiser chooses the type of ticket and delivery you receive. Lots of event organisers are choosing RapidScan E-tickets as their chosen form of ticket as it reduces paper waste, is less likely to become lost and the delivery is instant. We have this time limit to ensure all customers get a fair chance of purchasing tickets, and so that tickets are re-released to waiting customers if not purchased.
