Impossible to contact someone to amend a booking . I wanted to buy parking to go with our tickets. It was impossible to do this or speak to someone even on chat. In the end I contacted the event organisers who were dismayed to find Skiddle couldn't help andarranged blue badge parking for us themselves !

VIP tickets made available after general ticket sale started so couldn’t get VIP as didn’t know they were going to be available at all. Very sad :(.

I’ll be avoiding Skiddle and going with other companies like Dice from now on. Bought a ticket based on wrong info on their site and they won’t manage the refund despite taking all the fees! Why would I need to contact the organisers. It’s the Skiddle name I bought my tickets from. Concerning and lost all trust. Cut and Paste replies from ‘customer service’ - v disappointing

There were no tickets for the Craig David Just Eat event. Why did you even bother listing it ??? Just a publicity stunt by Just eat with tickets already allocated to PR and influencers. Dont waste peoples time

Last week I bought 4 tickets via Skiddle costing £73. Today Skiddle tell me the event is cancelled and they refund me £66.68. If the difference is a booking fee then Skiddle haven't earned it as it is not booked. I feel I have been fleeced for a few quid.

Fee after fee. Ticket fee, booking fee, rapid scan fee, even a 25p fee to be sent the ticket on WhatsApp, passwords and logins, full name and a full address, gender and date of birth, a count down whilst doing it all. The list goes on. All to purchase a ticket for a local fireworks display… ridiculous

I have tried to book two more tickets via the app, this has been impossible to get seats which are available next to each other. I have to go back to intstagram and start from the beginning, very unnecessary and time consuming, as well as very frustrating

I logged on with the code to put in for early access and cheaper tickets. I did this in a timely manner but there was no cheaper tickets, early birds. I got the first release. About ten minutes later the early birds were now for sale. This is the second time this has happened.
