Sound quality wasn't great, We had to wait far to long in-between acts, the so called DJs in-between act didn't exist, heard the same songs at least four time so must have been music on a loop. Food and drink very expensive £14 for a chicken rap and £8 a pint. Won't be going again.

I've been charged £9.54 booking fee and £1.50 handling fee for 1 ticket ! The most I've ever been charged and I don't think its right has no one else seems to have been charged this much.

Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. In addition to the booking fee, a delivery/processing fee is applied to cover the cost of delivering your ticket. This may include options such as Royal Mail, eTickets, or RapidScan tickets. Really disappointed, tried to book 4 tickets this morning to visit in Coventry for November, unfortunately was only able to select one ticket at 10 am for the first release when the tickets became available. The system only allows you to select one.. just one. After a few moments, the second/ third and fourth/fifth ticket releases were available and at this point you can order multiple tickets? I’m very disappointed.. you can only select 1 ticket on the first release tickets, and then they charge you more for the 2nd, 3rd, 4th snd 5th releases. Not good at all. Absolutely disgusted by this.

I added refund protection to my booking because I wasn’t certain that I could attend the event and tickets were selling fast. Once I realised that I couldn’t attend due to work, I tried to refund my tickets only to discover that the refund protection has many clauses and is useless in most cases. The event didn’t have the resell option even though it was sold out and the tickets stated on them that they couldn’t be resold so I was left stuck with tickets that I couldn’t sell for an event I couldn’t attend. I am very disappointed by this ticket service and feel that I was scammed at checkout by ‘refund protection’. I will not be booking event tickets through skiddle again and recommend that others avoid skiddle.

Before you buy tickets to his event, ask yourself if you would pay to get into an already overpriced fair ground field because that’s what it is. You wouldn’t pay to get into a fair. Everything they describe that sucks you in is poor quality unfortunately! The tickets were oversold and the event became unsafely managed due to massive crowds and queues for absolutely everything. The journey to get there should have taken 20 mins but took 1:45mins due to the queuing traffic to get to the event! This doesn’t even happen for major football matches or concerts! Basic facilities such as toilets were closed! You can’t take in your own food or drink (bags are inspected). Queues were extremely long to get in and then more queues for food and drink. LONG ones. The whole field was packed so you couldn’t easily move from one place to another easily. Not great if you have kids! The music sound quality was not good and the short and cheap shows were far and few between so you’re (deliberately?) left wondering around a packed out field queuing for extortionate food, drink and rides that go round and round. It soon became evident that we would be better off leaving and many people followed suit and they left in their droves!

they have a misleading ticket refund guarantee they charge you extra for and then reject your refund claim based on why your refunding, it should not matter if you've paid for protection and iv really disappointed

we had VIP tickets one year only to be told a day before the event that the VIP section was closed. Free CD and a drink to compensate. Not good enough. Won’t be going again after many years of enjoyment the event planners didn’t do enough to compensate for this mess.

Honestly an absolute con!!! Five tickets at £14 per head, then skashed prices to £4.95 a ticket after we had paid full price. Would not recommend not really sure what we paid for ticket wise. 1 man riding a motorbike and 2 guys doing a few jumps on bmx. Few fair rides, lots of standing around, rubbish sound system No hot air balloons. NEVER again !!! Refund please

Very poor service. Having acquired my tickets, I was immediately sent to the app and had to do the whole process from scratch again. This has now resulted in me paying for 4 tickets instead of 2. I straight away tried to cancel the 2 extra tickets but as I hadn't clicked the option for cancellation protection, this was denied. The reason for not needing this extra protection, is because I won't be cancelling my original 2 ticket order. The whole procedure is not straight forward and somewhat confusing, hence this double order! And to not honour the immediate cancellation of the extra tickets is not acceptable!

I travelled all the way from Spain for this & was HUGELY let down. The only reason I booked was because my son who passed away at 18 months old, 23 months ago LOVED Kenny Roger’s. As soon as I seen there was a tribute act for this I thought I had to go…. He wasn’t even on even though on the day of this event he was still being advertised on the Skiddle advert alongside Post Malone. Only 1 fair ground round, 1 rodeo & 1 merch stall … yet advertised as something for everyone and a fairground.. Food stalls were okay but if you had allergies not very good as they were using the same utensil for everything, using hands to pick up the fish…. One bar too…. What happened to everything that was advertised???

Got timed out. Then couldn’t print. Thought ticket cancelled and only found later that night when you asked me for feedback of ticket I thought I hadn’t received. It was in my junk mail on the phone but I was doing all this on the computer. So disappointed

The whole booking system was a disgrace, every time I selected a ticket and tried to pay it would take me back to the start and say not available. This happened several times, I also didn’t understand the different levels and differing prices, this was not clear at all. Paid way more than I had hoped to and had joined the email for reminders and was on the page ready for the tickets going on sale. Terrible system

Nothing wrong with skiddle site but the reborn family festival today was the biggest rip off and nothing like the description on the adverts - diabolical - a funfair at best at 4 pound a ride for kids, food stalls ??? Funfair food at ridiculous prices !
