Dan McMahon is very knowledgeable in cruise travel and I like him to book y cruises.

We have just booked another cruise through SixStar and as usual Philippa WhitfieldEdwards handled our booking. Philippa always makes sure our bookings are stress free she knows the cruise industry inside out.

I spoke to Phillipa to make enquires about a cruise my husband and myself were interested in. Phillipa was cheerful, patient and understanding. After a short discussion with my husband regarding the cruise I had, due to my earlier phone conversation with Phillipa, no concerns about phoning Phillipa back and her handling of the booking. Phillipa was professional at all times.

They did what they said they would do, and this was a complicated trip, so it was not easy planning for them

Dealt with Sandie Collier who as always did an excellent job of setting up our cruise to South Africa. If you have any queries, she will have the answers. Great customer service

We have used Six Star for many years for all our cruises except one with Viking who are not on the supplier list. All our journeys have been organised by Sandie Collier who has been a pleasure to deal with and everything always is well organised with no problems.

Superb, Fantastic, exemplary and any other words of perfection, Emma Has amazing knowledge and cannot do enough to help, and more importantly cure any problem, she has been amazing, I have already booked another cruise with Emma, their prices are industry beating, and the knowledge and attention to detail are second to none, will definitely be using them again and again

Laura was fantastic, ringing me back after I'd left a feedback message saying how disappointed I was to have not been able to book my chosen discounted cruise in the Black Friday sale. I had been told the company offering the cruise had closed their offices at 5.30pm and because I had called SixStar at 7.15pm the offer had gone. Laura rang me later in the evening to reassure me that the cruise offer was indeed still bookable and booked it for me there and then saving me about £4,000. SixStar service from Laura.

Was dealt with by the lovely Emma. Never cruised before and she was very patient, explained things really well and answered all my questions. As the cruise is a year away suspect I'll be asking more nearer the time. Emma was also reassuring in ringing back when she was waiting on a response from the cruise company to let us know it was in hand but she hadn't forgotten. That was much appreciated
