“I always had the feeling that Kate would be super efficient from her previous communications and her communication skills in letting you know when she was available and up and coming offers. Not only efficient but friendly and put you at ease that no question would be too much trouble to find the answer to,whilst we do use six star and another co to book with,Kate takes the prize and she will always be my first port of call before booking a cruise.”

“Very impressed with service received from Lisa, very professional and answered all questions quickly and fully. Confirmed to us that she will be our appointed concierge to answer all queries for us. Have not experienced this with previous cruise company we booked several trips with.”
