“I enquired regarding a cruise from Tokyo to Tokyo that I had received via email. Lisa contacted me and she was most helpful regarding my enquiry , so much so that I booked the cruise for April 2024 and passed her details to friends who also booked the same cruise.”

“This is the first time booking a cruise with Six Star cruises.I have requested quotes a few times in the past and have always found them very professional but not as competitive as the agent that I normally use. This time they were more competitive. I have to say that the whole booking process was dealt with by Dan who went beyond what one would expect. No excuses about working from home and the pandemic for not being able to give you information. Hopefully I shall be using Six Star Cruises again. Not for this year as I have 5 Seabourn Cruises already booked.”

“A big thank you to Lisa Mallon, who dealt with my booking. This was the second time I had dealings with Lisa, whom I found to be professional and courteous and extremely helpful. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel the booking and Lisa dealt with this promptly and to my entire satisfaction. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend both Six Star cruises, and Lisa, who is a credit to their organisation. Thank you, once again.”
