“I have received great service, advice and information from Laura. She has been incredibly patient and has sought answers/information to the many (sometimes obscure) questions I have asked her. Her latest challenge is provision of 2 yoga mats in our cabin - I have every confidence she will have this arranged!”

“Although it can take quite a while to get through on the telephone ,once connected the concierge team are always happy, helpful and knowledgeable. I've always had good service from the team. Plus if you book cruise only six star can arrange flights and transfers at a considerable saving. Recommended .”

“Once again we booked though Stacey. A young lady with wide knowledge, good ideas and endless patience. We changed our minds a number of times and she took it with good grace and calmness. Her responses were immediate and when we did finally decide she produced just what we wanted. An excellent cruise concierge.”

“We had a wonderful lady called Erin deal with our booking. She was extremely knowledgeable and managed to fulfill all our requirements. So much so that we ended up booking two cruises back to back with her. Thank you Erin”
