“I have used Six Star Cruises many times. I wouldn't unless I was happy with them. I have recommended another couple on the same cruise so hope they are happy too. Stacey Williams is my usual conceige, who is on holiday at the moment, but Katie was very couteous and helpful too.”

“Initially it was a bit confusing but that was partly my fault and once Rebecca and I got on the same wavelength then that was why I proceeded with my booking I am confident that with positivity that everything will go smoothly with Rebecca as my support.”

“As first timers, we have so much to learn and a great deal of information to assimilate. Thankfully, we came across Kat Trinder, a concierge with a superb knowledge base and the patience of a saint! No question has been unanswered and no concern, however fundamental has been unattended. It is making this part of the cruise an absolute breeze! What a great way to start!”

“Katie Austin (cruise concierge) was friendly and helpful. She listened patiently to our various requests (!) and acted promptly to secure our preferred cabin and also some extra benefits. Follow up questions/queries were answered swiftly. The whole booking process was easy and hassle free. Highly recommend Katie.”

“Our go to concierge is Laura and has been for years for many cruises. All delivered with professionalism and enthusiasm. Our most recent, with Cunard, was a delight and delivered without issue. The problems encountered with the cruise line over flights on our next cruise was resolved when she intervened when she was on holiday. Very grateful to Laura and her colleagues for sorting out what could have been a messy return journey from our next cruise.”
