“A very high standard of knowledge, help and professionalism”

“I have booked my last cruise with the Cruise Company . Absolutely disgusting arrogant response to the error they made so I returned to using a Cruise travel agent. I luckily contacted Six Star Cruises whose agent Tara dealt with my few doubts and queries very professionally. The resulting booking with her was made and she never tried to over sell and responded to all my request in a very pleasant and helpful manner. Not done with just the sale she is on hand for me to complete things like specialty restaurant bookings and excursions when they become available. I have done 15 plus cruises and this is definitely the best experience of booking one I have had. Well done Tara. Excellent service.”

“Everything was conducted perfectly. Kat was patient, and answered many questions as we built up the cruise booking. Also Kat managed to extend our pre-cruise stay whilst lowering the price and maintain the fice star experience.”

“Another cruise booked through six-star cruises with the help of the ever-efficient and helpful Stacey Williams. She knows our needs and will always respond to our questions. Flights and transfers are dealt with by Six Star without any problems. A good company to deal with. We have recommended them to our friends.”

“Six Star Cruises was recommended to me by one of their Loyal customers. I contacted Donna and immediately felt in safe hands. Having used other TAs for previous cruises I realised that Donna knew the product and all the details of how to book. It is a year until my cruise but I feel confident that I will be looked after.”
