I have booked my last cruise with the Cruise Company . Absolutely disgusting arrogant response to the error they made so I returned to using a Cruise travel agent. I luckily contacted Six Star Cruises whose agent Tara dealt with my few doubts and queries very professionally. The resulting booking with her was made and she never tried to over sell and responded to all my request in a very pleasant and helpful manner. Not done with just the sale she is on hand for me to complete things like specialty restaurant bookings and excursions when they become available. I have done 15 plus cruises and this is definitely the best experience of booking one I have had. Well done Tara. Excellent service.
