“I would particularly commend Donna who was tenacious in dealing with the cruise operator to ensure we got precisely the package we wanted, having on our behalf explored all the best value options for flight upgrades and add-ons. Very quick service and response to questions. Very knowledgable and well-informed.”

“Excellent customer service and prices for recently booked Silverseas cruise. This is our first booking with Six Star Cruises. Special thanks to Dan for looking after us and answering questions promptly. Small downside was that initial telephone enquiry took several minutes to pick up and I almost abandonded the call. However it has not stop me giving a 10/10 rating subsequently.”

“Have only dealt with Erin on two occasions & I found her to be patient, thorough & helpful. She is always willing to assist wherever I have difficulties or not. Plus Sixstarcruises deposits are not so high as their competitors. Also, very flexible.”

“We always contact Sandie Collier our specialist concierge when booking a cruise as she is so friendly, helpful & has a wealth of knowledge to share on different aspects of cruising. Any queries we have after booking are dealt with straight away by Sandie and if she is unable to answer the phone, we email her direct and always get a quick response, nothing is too much trouble. Six Star Cruises is the only company for us, all other staff we have dealt with are also very friendly”

“We booked another Regent cruise for 2025 while currently onboard the Grandeur en route to New York. Regent were very happy to assign the booking over to Stacey at Six Star with all included benefits and promotions and Six Star took it from there. A very painless process and as always Six Star service was first class.”
