“The order was sent and accepted but no delivery when expected, I have sent an email asking what is happening but with no response.so far things are not as expected.”

Hi Nigel We are really sorry. Our system sent an email the day after you placed the order to advise you that the model had been upgraded asking if you wanted to accept this slight change. Clearly this wasn't received and we should have called you after a few days of not receiving a reply. Please accept our sincere apologies for this breakdown in communication.

“I wanted a shiny white sink at a good price and this was the only one I found. Delighted with the sink and price. I picked a day to have it delivered but no one confirmed that date! I rang and was advised an email erika be sent ti confirm. This never happened. I needed to ring twice just to find out when it would be delivered.”

Hi Brenda Thank you for the 4 star review. I have double checked the order and found the date you selected for your ceramic sink to be delivered on, was in fact the exact date we did deliver the sink to you. I'm afraid its impossible to guarantee the delivery of an email due to individual spam/junk settings on your system. Our system did send the confirmation emails but unfortunately there is no way of us being able to guarantee they are delivered directly to your inbox. One of the reasons we telephone lines or online live chat is for customers to contact us and get an immediate response. We maybe should have explained the email issue in a little more detail at the time of your call, but thank you for the valued feedback.
