“I don't understand how there are positive 'reviews' written today - I ordered an item two weeks ago, my money was taken, no delivery, the company is uncontactable and a recorded message on their phone number today says they are in administration. A review on their Facebook page says similar.”

“Ordered a sink which was delivered quickly and the driver was very helpful and unwrapped it for me to check for damage. I later purchased a kitchen tap and again was delighted with the service of this company. Good prices & excellent service!”

“I replaced my existing kitchen tap with a Franke Matt Finished Tap which I purchased from you in August of this year. My plumber was very pleased with it and the quick depatch from you, I would have no hesitation in purchasing any other item you stock that I would require. I told your operator it was equal to The John Lewis Partnership Customer Service after I received it. Thank you.”

“Quick response and pleasant service marred only by late delivery of tap due to late manufacturer delivery. Would have helped if we had been told that there was a further delay. But the sink was delivered on time with no problem so assume this is the norm.”

“Really good service. Spoke to lady in customer services who was very knowledgeable and able to answer my questions before purchase. Ordered and paid by credit card there and then and goods arrived very quickly, well packaged with no signs of damage.”

“What we needed was a prompt delivery and that's what we got. The packaging of the sink was very good with the sink well protected and therefore delivered to us in perfect condition. The quality was very good and the price was right. Thanks for a great service.”

“We were very happy with the ordering and delivery of the sink but unfortunately the sink I had chosen from the picture on the website, a Franke Erica,did not show that the main bowl of the sink had a plug and chain instead of a strainer waste which I had wanted. sadly the installer had fitted the sink before I saw it and when I contacted sinks and taps they told me that as it had been fitted there was nothing they could do . I had hoped they could find me a small basket strainer but I contacted franke and was told they did not make one.The web site has at least now been amended to say that the sink has a plug and chain so future customers will at least know what they have ordered.”
