“I searched for ages and then I saw them. Tate taps I love them. I’m happy with everything. They were packaged like jewellery and a real treat to open. Fitted easily and I love them. Washing up got more exciting. 😊 thank you”

“Impressive service. Ordered a new tap which had an estimated 4-6 week delivery from the manufacturers. It actually arrived within 3 days of placing the order. “Used live chat for information re product, very helpful easy to order and 3 days free delivery. Well packaged which was just as well as there was a big corner hole in the box ( courier issue ) which went all the way inside but did not damage outer box of sink. I wish more suppliers would package their products as well as sink-taps. Would use this company again”
