“Ordering on-line was simple, with clear procedure. Tap recieved via UPS with no difficulties. Packaging was suitable for the item and carefully done. Tap in pristeen condition when opened. Couldn't see any guidance on how to keep it clean other than fitting instructions. Not a problem, as I'll just do a search for information. Plumber fitted tap easily and commented on how nice it looked. The movements are smooth in terms of handle and rotation across my double sink. It looks beautiful!”

“Really good customer service - they organised a faster delivery for me. And I really like that it’s coming directly from them rather than them contacting a manufacturer to send it (as is the case with other companies). Delivery was very nice and the sink looks great so far and - crucially - it matches with the dimensions they had on their website (which the last I ordered didn’t..) Four stars as we haven’t fitted it yet!”

“Monobloc spray sink taps arrived 2 days after order, fitted a couple of days later, look great and work fine - are a direct replacement of what I had before. Would be helpful of the hose connection sizes were published since they are not a standard fit.”

“I only ordered a small sink for a 400mm cabinet and it was fairly easy to pick up however there was no other option but to get this sent as a pallet and hence the postage was a lot higher than normal. I’ve now got the added problem of disposing of the pallet at the local tip”
