“Just bought a composite 1.5 kitchen sink from SINKS-TAPS.COM and it arrived today on a pallet. It was extremely well packaged and wrapped in film to protect the box. It arrived exactly on time which was a definite bonus these days and the sink looks very substantial and elegant despite being a very reasonable price. All my dealings with this company have gone smoothly and I would definitely recommend them. Great service.”

“Ordered tap which was showing in-stock online. Delivery was supposed to be within 3 - 5 days. However still no news about delivery after 5 days. Emailed the company but still no response at the end of day 7. Wouldn’t use this company again.”

Hi Michael. Thank you for your email. I have looked into this for you and I can see you placed your order on the free delivery option which shows as an average of 5 working days. On Thursday 6th of December your tap was delivered - which was 6 working days. For any customers who require a faster delivery, the option is available for you to select when placing the order online. We try to dispatch all customers orders as quickly as possible. However, as we open and inspect all products before sending, this can vary depending on our order levels at that particular time.
