“Their price was good, The product was exactly as ordered and it was delivered as promised. The only problem was that I was misled by the layout of the website and whilst I thought it was in in stock item it was actually to order only.”

“I looked everywhere for a replacement kitchen tap. Sinks taps had a fantastic range to choose from in stock, some suppliers where quoting up to 2 weeks. Customer services were really helpful when I made the purchase and called me when they had checked the product and it was ready for collection. Great service when we picked up the item also. I told my plumber to send everyone to sinks - taps.”

“Called in to buy some taps for my Son who had seen them on line! - None in stock = "NO PROBLEM" we can order you them we will have them tomorrow and will give you a call which is what happened spot on would recommend Sink - Taps.Com to anyone”

“the sink tap we purchased was viewed on the website but because we wished to have some specific questions answered we ordered it over the phone.we were extremely satisfied by the advice we were given and the taps arrived within 24 hours and were of excellent design and quality. they were fitted by our plumber without any problems and they are an outstanding element in our new kitchen. we are very satisfied customers.”

“My order was delivered quickly and efficiently, unfortunately, although the address was correct the contents belonged to someone else. However, on contacting the customer service department, they were apologetic, explained what the problem was and sorted it out and my correct order was delivered the next day. I was very satisfied with my goods and would use the company again.”
