“Generally very pleased; got the product I wanted at avery good price. That said I was taken aback at having to pay an extra £15.00 for "free" shipping because my UK address is in N. Ireland. I may well have missed something in small print on the site; but, nevertheless, it took the good out of what was, otherwise, an excellent purchase/transaction.”

“I have used this company twice now to purchase Villeroy Boch sinks. Their customer service is excellent and all items are delivered on time and well packed. I could not find the products i wanted cheaper anywhere else on the net.... Highly recommended!!”

“Good prices. They confirmed items where in stock and delivered when they said they would. Infinately better than "TapsUK" who failed. Good that sink-taps have an 0845 number, some other use premiun rate lines at 1.53 per minute”

“Item was returned and I had to wait 60 days for the refund, however despite waiting over 60 days no refund arrived and I had to chase them for the refund and only after chasing them was I refunded!”
