Found item on there advert cheaper on internet but would not sell at that price because it was a mistake on advert.

Courier text a 4 hour delivery window but did not adhere to it . When I queried this I was told "this often happens". No problems with the goods.

The item I purchased was a undermount sink which was exactly wat I expected it to be. The only disappointment was the length of delivery. I had to send emails and make phone calls to get updates. Although the customer services officers were very nice and useful and tried their best to get it deleviered within the time frame that was promised unfortunately it was still delayed.

Postage too expensive to Isle of man! Quoted me 30 quid! Complained and it was down to 15. Still too much. Wasnt even a quick delivery.

I purchased a Edge Chrome IMDSW028 and the disc cartridge tap valves continues to leak, I was wondering if you could advise me on how to stop the water from dripping out of the tap valves.

Pleased with the cloakroom unit and toilet purchased. However I also bought a toilet roll holder and towel holder, these were poor quality, in fact the towel holder broke within a week. Emailed customer services twice, but got no response. I have therefore replaced these times and thrown the ones away I purchased along with the basin and toilet.

the buying process was fine and efficient,however the strainer in the sink broke after 3 months,in fairness I didn't contact the company as I was,nt sure where I had bought it from at the time

When I ordered the tap I required online Australia was listed as a destination for delivery. However when I ordered it I received an email saying that the international courier fee was going to be higher than the cost of the tap ie over UK300 pounds. I then rang and spoke with a woman and asked for it to be sent via the British postal system. She told me that the business was not near a post office and someone would have to take it in their car to the post office and that was not possible. She then got back to me and the cost of the courier was reduced to one-third of the original quote. My question to your company is 'Why can't you send your goods overseas by British post?' It would be much cheaper for the customer. Having said that the tap arrived in a short time and I am very happy with it. Linda Rodden Sydney, Australia

The products and delivery were as described. The terms and conditions abdicating the company of any responsibility for faulty goods once delivered, outlined in an email after purchase, were worrying. Fortunately the delivery driver was lovely and inspected the items with me.

Generally satisfactory, but continual washing up of stainless steel pots and pans does leave marks which are hard or impossible to remove.

I was satisfied with the service I received but wish I could say same for product. After having taps replaced one set is now dripping a year later. This means I have to go out and buy 2 sets which I am unhappy with.

The sink itself was great, what was very disappointing was the difficulty in trying to get it delivered. A failed delivery and then a denial that there had been any agreement to deliver or indeed any phone calls to confirm this really did not cover Sink-Taps in glory - despite me having evidence on my phone that the calls had taken place.

Long shipping time (UK to France) and high transport costs (versus price of item) It would be appreciate to improve the transport costs to France

The Franke sink & Tap that came with it is satisfactory although not the quality of our original Franke sink & Tap which is 25 years old and is now in our Utility room. We bought what we thought was a better Franke tap to fit in our kitchen and we find is rather unsatisfactory as it drips for quite a while after turning it off.

The ordering process was very easy and efficient. The sink was delivered the next day which I was impressed with and the item was as advertised and in excellent condition, no damage at all. So far so good -but- when our plumber came to install the sink he found that we had been sent the incorrect overflow fitting. I phoned Sink-taps who gave me the number of the Franke firm and they forwarded the correct overflow fitting to me. Fortunately the plumber had to return on the Monday or that may have meant an extra cost if he had to return just to fit the overflow. I failed to have an answer from Sink-taps to my e-mail informing them of their error, something to do with spam mail apparently! Spam mail from a customer?
