I have been waiting a little while for my tap but I suppose in the current climate of lockdowns etc this is understandable,. they have replied quickly to my emails and kept me updated about delivery.

Hi Rob. The handset you ordered was showing online with a delivery time of 4-6 weeks. The stock is due to arrive next week and will be delivered slightly ahead of time on week 5. We have limited staff available but I cannot see any emails from you. We also have LIve Chat available on the website for instant help if needed.

Website said tap was in stock..when it actually wasn't..then said it would be in next couple of days and it wasn't. I don't mind things being late as long as it says so on the website.

The product was cheaper than anywhere else, however the communication and delivery times were not great. Was meant to take 2-3 weeks and in the end arrived 4 weeks later. I had to chase up a number of times and replies were slow and only partially covered questions raised. Dpd delivery was great with communication on the day of delivery.

Ordered a Blanco stainless steel sink and a Bluci Novanta 2 Tripuro 3 way kitchen filter tap. Order process and delivery all fine, sink great but the tap drips and the aerator doesn't make the flow smooth even if water flow turned down. I emailed KAD group within a few weeks but had no reply and now cannot contact Sinks and Taps. The tap alone was £217 without filter so would expect a lot more from it. Would be nice if someone replied before I go to may credit card for refund..

Lovely tap & very good service however I had to return it as I couldn’t use the water filter lever as there is not the space in front of the window sill. The space required to be able to deploy the levers would be useful information on your website. I have ordered another tap from you to replace it on recommendation of my plumber but without his advice I would have had to shop elsewhere in a store

Hi Karen Thank you for your feedback. On the Specification Tab on the product page you will actually find a link to a diagram that we have created which shows that exact detail. The manufacturers don't produce this type of information. However, we actually took a product out, measured the lever positions, created a graphic/diagram and then published it on our website. Its a shame you didn't see this before purchasing but at least we have managed to find you a suitable alternative. Kind Regards, Richard

I heard nothing from the company for a few days after placing my order. However, after follow-up contact with the company, the order was promptly dispatched, and received soon after.

I did not realise there was a six week waiting period. This was not made clear at the time. The website was indicating a one or two day turn around. I am still waiting. I have ordered quality taps and hopefully will be happy when they arrive.

Good quality product as you would expect from a brand, although this company is just the middle man. Poor customer service when enquiring how long my delivery would take, they dont reply to emails so you have to phone and chase them. The 3 stars is for the product I ordered not for the company purchased from.

Dear Mr Dawe Thank you for your feedback. We are a little confused over the points made. You placed the order for a granite sink on the Evening of the 3rd March. Within 2 working days we had inspected the sink and also modified the sink by drilling a tap hole for you (We are not simply a middle-man). The sink was then delivered FREE of CHARGE within just a few days. We receive 1000's of emails each week and sometimes they get caught up in spam or Junk. Many customers also reply to the 'no reply' order confirmation which is not monitored. However, we do show our telephone number very clearly on the website and always recommend calling and speaking to a human being. Many customer don't have any contact numbers for you to call. We prefer to speak to customers and assist with any problems they may have. On the 14th March you telephoned and spoke to a member of the customer service team to advise that you could not find a waste seal for the sink. On the same day we arranged for a replacement waste seal to be posted straight out to you, without any delay. All in all, I think to take a granite sink, drill the tap hole and have it delivered FREE of CHARGE within just a few days is pretty good service. Then on top of that to ensure a lost waste seal is provided FREE of CHARGE and posted the same day is not that bad. If you can offer any ways we could improve this service further, please call us, we are always happy to look at ways of improving our systems.

While my order was being processed the service was excellent but for after service the company is not ofay with the products they sell, the fitting instructions are fine except for one minor point which I raised and had no reply. My particular sink size is 1000X510mm the cut out is 970X480 so this a 15mm bed in area all around the worktop the manufacturer supplies a bedding tape 15mm wide the instructions show this tape is stuck back from the cut out 5mm towards the aperture this allows a bead of sealant all around. My question was does Villeroy & Boch only supply one width of tape my concern is the tape will overhang the cut out by 5mm which is not very good practice. I have not been able to contact Villeroy & Boch a second option would have nice

The sink is a great product. However, it's a pity that they didn't provide me with a cut-out template for it, especially since the sink is undermount. This would have cost them next to nothing, and would have saved me having to make my own template by trial and error. Inflexible on price of shipping.

Hi Roger Thank you for your feedback. Many under mounted sinks now do not come with a template due to installations being so varied. A template can only show one option and customers use a multitude of options in how the worktop is set (i.e back 5mm, back 10mm, flush, overhanging by 5mm, 10mm etc). We also offer free delivery on all orders over £50 and in addition offer options of next day delivery and a specific delivery date, including Saturdays.

The delivery from from dpd was very bad. I was advised of the delivery slot, as this did not happen l checked the online, this showed that it had been delivered and I had signed for the parcel. After 3 tel calls to the company, I was given a different house no that it had been left, I went to this house they didn’t receive my parcel, next tel call was sent an actual image of another house along the road, once again went to this house, they receive my parcel. Third call, I advised that my parcel was not there, I then asked to speak I to a manager, was told that they didn’t take calls but would phone me back in 2-3 hours. I eventually tracked my parcel by going to properties along my road, I located my parcel. I could not understand why it was was delivered to me as I had been in waiting for delivery, I knew that they had not been to my address as I could see my front door all the time. I would suggest you change your carrier.

Sink ok but waste that came with it was based on Europen standards not UK so needed to get new stuff.

Hi David The sink comes with a plumbing kit and an adapter ring for connection to UK specification pipework. It is quite common for this small adapter to get misplaced. If you need a replacement we can send you one free of charge - please contact our customer services department on 01759 307262,

Great product, but arrived a day later than I’d requested with no explanation why. I emailed and didn’t get a response, so I then called and asked what had happened but no explanation was given. Bit disappointing.

Hi Alexandra We have no record of this issue. It is sometimes the case that the courier driver couldn't deliver to your property as planned due to a number of reasons (couldnt find you etc). I ordered a sink and tap. I found this cheaper on another website but after speaking to a member of staff online, Sinks-Taps.com matched the price. I gave alternative contact details to the company as I had explained that I would not be able to take calls on the delivery date. This was ignored and I was called numerous times In a short period of time during work hours. I have a professional job and am unable to answer when dealing with members of the public. This caused an issue and unnecessary stress for me. When I called the company back later on, they were not apologetic and didn't seem to be bothered. For that reason I would not use the company again. However, I must state that the products I ordered are good quality and look great. My only issue is with the customer service.

Really pleased other than delivery didn’t arrive the day it was supposed too, and when they say it will cost you £40 to have it redelivered this is rather annoying. They were quick to sort it out and arrived the following day but no phone call an hour before arrived as stated in email.

I did not recieve the sink i ordered, I had been made aware by another company that not manufactured any more but as you accepted my order I thought you must still have some in stock as was still advertised on your website. Same make recieved but will cost me more money to install as I will have to have a tap hole cut into the granite worktop. Also the email said I had to check the delivery before driver left, the driver would not wait and explained if he did for every 4 deliveries it would add an hour to his day.

Hi Janet Our Customer Services Manager called you and discussed this matter with you. The manufacturer had made an alteration to the specification of the sink and we were totally unaware of this. We have now updated our website and can only apologise for the inconvenience that this caused. 99.9% of delivery drivers will complete the delivery without an issue. We are sorry that this driver seems to have not followed our basic company instructions. We have now submitted an official complaint to ensure in future, the procedure is followed.
