“Ordered taps which were meant to be available in 3 days but actually was not in stock. After delaying work for 2 weeks cancelled order. Getting through to anyone yo chase order we was very painful `- long waits and no phone call back. Finally got order cancelled, was told refund was issued but still havent received it after 3 weeks, sent 4 emails to their accounts to chase payment but totally ignored. Won’t be buying anything again !”

“The sink was described as black online and when it came the packaging said black-silver. It has silver speckles in, but it is still lovely and looks smart. The drainage/plug holes weren’t exactly straight forward, but they worked in the end.”
