“Whilst happy with my purchase I was less than happy the enclosed flyer, which if i remember correctly seemed to put a very short limit on time to report defects . Superficially my taps looked fine and only when I came to fit (a week or so later) did I discover that one of the supply threads in the base of the tap was poorly machined. I did have doubts as to whether it would allow a proper connection (but it did) . But a combinination of the defect and the immediate inspection requirement got me wondering whether products were seconds and as such I'd probably chose another supplier in the future . ( I may very well be wrong on this, but thats the impression I formed - so may be something for you to consider)”

“We are not experts in DIY and approached buying a replacement tap with some anxiety. Marrying up the information we had on the tap which was damaged with information on the web site proved to be helpful, the despatch and delivery was very satisfactory, and the local plumber fixed the tap we bought without any problems. A very satisfactory experience.”

“I have yet to fit my sink waste disposal but it was delivered promptly with all accessories so the service was faultless - except that the instructions were in Arabic! However the English version was available online.”

“I asked Jane questions about the different sinks I was interested in and found her to be friendly and very helpful. The whole process was straightforward and the driver who delivered our reginox sink was courteous and cheerful and very polite he unpacked the sink so we could examine it to see if it was ok he then repacked it and left when he was sure that we were happy with the product. I would definitely use this company again Jns”
