“I ordered a product from the website and it was quickly delivered. The product turned out not to be suitable for the intended use (my error - the product was not quite tall enough for the intended location) - I was able to arrange delivery of a replacement product and the return of the initial product easily. The turnaround was very quick (next day) so I couldn't have asked for more.”

“I don't usually write reviews but I was so impressed with the product and customer service I received I felt that I should. After seeing a granite sink on the website I rang the sales team for advice, spoke to Richard who was brilliant!! He informed me that it was out of stock but managed to find a similar one which was actually a better option than my previous choice. I needed the sink asap as I was having my kitchen fitted the following week, as promised the sink was delivered within 2 days. I would not hesitate to use this website again and can't state enough how pleased I was with Sinks-Taps.com, a big thank you to Richard who really knew his stuff.”

“Rang to ask a question before ordering, phone answered very promptly, and query resolved. Result was I ordered sink, tap, waste, was given a date of 2/4 days delivery. That was on the Monday, was contacted Friday to ensure I would be in on the coming Monday when order would be delivered. Order arrived, extremely well packed, no damage. Now installed, looks good, and the main thing is the wife is happy. All in all excellent service from start to finish. Could not have asked for better.”

“The sink was delivered quickly without fuss. After fitting the Caple Sink, one of the bowls was leaking. A call to sinks-taps was very quickly answered and the technical expert told us what had gone wrong. Good service.”

Hi Neil. Its great to hear that our technical helpline is doing its job and assisting customers with technical issues. Customers do sometimes require assistance when products are being fitted or once they have just been fitted. Some Companies offer no aftersales service at all, never mind a dedicated technical team!

“The filters I ordered were delivered very promptly. It was nothing to do with the company but I had difficulty in removing the old filter. The company gave me a contact to obtain the required equipment but even that didn't work so I had to call the plumber who fitted the tap. Everyone I spoke to tried to help.”

“Very helpful company. I called up to ask a couple of questions and spoke to a very help man called Richard who provided me with the right information and gave me suggestions on the type of taps to accompany the sinks we wanted. Having taken delivery within the timescale suggested, the items were spot on and the Taps were great.”
