“Stock not available so reccomended another product, fine Price comparison was not 100%, had to really push to get a price near to the lowest, still was above.....so push hard and double check”

“My initial experience was very helpful and i was guided through which sink was going to suit my needs, however i ended up purchasing a sink from Wren as the designer has dropped one into the design. I returned because of helpful team and ordered a tap. The tap had issues and when i called to chat through i was asked to carry out tests that a plumber would need to do, saying it was manufacturers requirements - and it didn't appear they wanted to help. I contacted the manufacturer with exactly the same information and they immediately sent out a replacement tap. Good start disapointing ending.”
