“The sink itself was great, what was very disappointing was the difficulty in trying to get it delivered. A failed delivery and then a denial that there had been any agreement to deliver or indeed any phone calls to confirm this really did not cover Sink-Taps in glory - despite me having evidence on my phone that the calls had taken place.”

“The Franke sink & Tap that came with it is satisfactory although not the quality of our original Franke sink & Tap which is 25 years old and is now in our Utility room. We bought what we thought was a better Franke tap to fit in our kitchen and we find is rather unsatisfactory as it drips for quite a while after turning it off.”

“The ordering process was very easy and efficient. The sink was delivered the next day which I was impressed with and the item was as advertised and in excellent condition, no damage at all. So far so good -but- when our plumber came to install the sink he found that we had been sent the incorrect overflow fitting. I phoned Sink-taps who gave me the number of the Franke firm and they forwarded the correct overflow fitting to me. Fortunately the plumber had to return on the Monday or that may have meant an extra cost if he had to return just to fit the overflow. I failed to have an answer from Sink-taps to my e-mail informing them of their error, something to do with spam mail apparently! Spam mail from a customer?”
