“The service was very good however it was the incorrect filter that I ordered. I returned it which was at my own cost of £8 ?? To date I am still waiting for the refund to be processed.”

“I actually had to cancel my order with them (other reasons, nothing to do with the company). The cancellation went smoothly, if a bit slow maybe. I got my money back in a couple of weeks, but I did not have to chase anyone. Once I notified them of cancellation, they did everything else. They are good to do business with.”
