“Bought this tap to replace the identical one we had which developed a leak. After fitting, we found that every time you opened the tap, it would spray wide instead of downwards. If you immediately touched the filter, this would be rectified. The plumber came back the next week with the filter he removed from the old tap and fitted it to the new tap. Hey, job done, no more trouble, a steady down flow. We are very pleased with this tap and like it very much”

“I requested them to cancel my order in march, but it took 2 months to cancel it. Still I didn't got refund. As I am foreigner, it's a bit hard to talk in english. So I had to request by e-mail, but they never read my e-mail. I need my money back.”
