Hi David. Many thanks for the positive review. We are extremely competitive and the cheapest price on 100's of products. However, as you have found out, we have an excellent range of products, amazing customer service & delivery and have decades of experience in helping customers.

“Poor service as a result of a misplaced tap at the DPD depot. This took more than a week to resolve and I still not have the tap yet having ordered well over week ago. No one has had the decency to explain why this was lost or even an apology. It took regular chasing to get this order reinstated.”

Hi Simon. I'm afraid that even though we sent your kitchen tap out within just 2 days - DPD lost it in transit. However, we did send you a replacement on an express service which arrived within another 48hrs. Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

“Love these taps they work very well for me as I do some Hairdressing but they revert to a normal sink use afterwards. And I was lucky to find the one I had to replace as my plumber could not find one the same.”
