“So far so good, ordered a Reginox sink which has a 4 week lead time. Helpful information over the phone and a further communication via e mail outlining the lead time. Looking forward to receiving the sink in the next few weeks.”

“I found Richard incredibly helpful over the phone. He was able to quickly help me identify which wastes I needed for my double sink with waste disposal and had immediate reference to the wait necessary for the special finish on my taps. He was well informed about every question I had and was courteous and professional. Prices are extremely competitive, I saved 20% on the priced quoted for the exact items by my kitchen installer. Happy customer!”

“Excellent product and fast delivery. Second purchase of same sink but for different pproperty which shows must be good quality. Only down side is that on website it says it is FREE delivery on orders over £50. I spent over £200 and got charged just under £30 which i must say i not overly happy about so watch out if you are buying.”

Hi John Many thanks for your review and feedback. The Free delivery relates to 99% of products to over 90% of UK locations. As you ordered a fragile and heavy ceramic item which needed to be delivered on a specialist pallet service. It was also going to a remote SA postcode so a delivery charge was payable in this instance. The total delivery charge you paid was subsidised and we did discount the amount assigned to the FREE UK locations. Apologies for any confusion, we deliver all shapes and sizes of goods all over the UK and worldwide. The combination of delivery possibilities and options can be very complex. “Sinks and taps , excellent service and pricing. However the taps themselves were on the site as suitable for 0.3 psi and the Caple box had the same label. Our pressure on hot is 0,5 and cold 2.5 bar. The new tap has reduced the flow to a trickle and the cold to at lot less than 2.5. I am not sure these taps are fir for advertised purpose”
